Teresa states that "no matter how strong you get, you never have to add weights or more reps to fatigue muscle tissue and maintain effectiveness of the T-Tapp Workout". In fact, the uniqueness of the T-Tapp System is: "the stronger you get, the more you get out of it and the less you have to do to maintain results!" This is why the workout works regardless of age or fitness level - it works for body builders, as well as someone just starting a new fitness program; both get challenge and benefit from the workout. It takes muscle strength as well as flexibility to do the isolation torque movements."

Those of us who attended the retreat were of different ages and fitness levels, but every one of us received beneficial information, as well as very effective workouts throughout the retreat. Many of the ladies had inch loss from the retreat! Teresa refers to her retreats as "Boot Camp" for the body. She states "that you can easily regain your fitness level or break a training plateau with "Boot Camp" (four T-Tapp workouts in a row)." I found that I was finally able to break a fat loss plateau during the retreat. The invaluable information that I received from Teresa on form has provided additional inch and body fat loss since returning home.

Teresa had such a wonderful way of making each and every one of us feel beautiful and special. It was truly an incredible experience!


T-Tapp Trainers

T-Tapp Trainers are in the process of being certified so there might be a T-Tapp trainer in your area for group support!

Right now there is one T-Tapp fitness trainer available on the west coast. Her name is Lani Muelrath and she has taught yoga and pillates for over 25 years. Lani has also taught all types of aerobics and weight training, dance and body sculpting. Her masters level education in exercise physiology combined with fitness retreat experience and going over fine details of all T- Tapp Workouts enables her to teach groups and offer personal training with the T-Tapp system. She is located in northern California (Magalia) and you can contact her via e-mail. Lani is also a teacher within the school system and teaches at the university. She has had her own TV show on CBS.
