After my wife showed me a few T-Tapp techniques, I agreed to get up at 5am to support her with her new fitness goals.
After all, I guessed … how hard could this stuff really be? – as I chalked up “T-Tapping” as the equivalent of sitting thru a chic-flick for the one you love.
Wow was I ever wrong! Guys of all fitness levels, these techniques will kick your butt!
After 60 days, I’d lost 16½ inches (5” off of my waist alone). Not only did I feel better, but friends were commenting that I actually looked taller – probably because my posture had improved.
Guys: you owe it to yourself to give T-Tapp a try – just to see how “in-shape” or “outta-shape” you think you really are!
