I started the T- Tapp 60-Day Challenge due to a head on car crash I had 2 years ago, which left me with numbness in my fingers, pain in my arms and neck. I had cramping in my arms and legs - and from not being able to exercise - added weight and size in my stomach and thighs. I would get fatigued very quickly when I danced or did projects around the house. I would get very tired on my third shift job because of always being in some kind of pain.
Since I started the T-Tapp Basic Workout I have lost 1 to 1 1/2 pant sizes, I have a lot more energy on the dance floor and at my job. Most of the numbness and pains are gone or at a level that I can deal with.
Thank you and my friend that introduced me to the T-Tapp challenge. I never thought I would be able to move again. The Basic Workout was just what I could handle. I do it every other day and will keep doing it even after the 60-Day Challenge. |
