Less to Lose Category

I decided to join this year's Challenge LAST year after kicking myself for not joining then. I have a seven year history with T-Tapping that includes losing 70+ pounds and fitting into size 6 again, after the stillbirth of my sixth child.

Two or three years ago, after entering my 40's, I began gaining inches and some weight. I didn't gain a lot, but the fact that I wasn't able to lose it the way I had before was frustrating and discouraging. I knew it was hormonal, but felt like my body was playing a mean trick on me...and if these pounds came on suddenly and weren't going away, how many more were on their way?

Fast forward to this year when I decided that enough was enough. I was done eating late at night and drastically cut down my sugar intake. These steps coincided with the beginning of the Challenge.

My goal for the Challenge was to lose inches, though there was no number in mind. So, I entered the Less to Lose category because it gave me the freedom of using any T-Tapp workout. A week into the contest it hit me, "You should do a bootcamp. Hello!" I did a 4 day bootcamp of Maxi Max 3 Standing portion and noticed differences the day after my bootcamp was done. My skinny jeans were loose!

Since then I have done varying lengths of MX3 standing along with regular Hoe Downs and OIP/HFs and have achieved results that I never expected! My size 6's are loose now and I'm fitting into 4's. Wow!

A week ago I went through a bit of self sabotage and went on a sugar binge. On Sunday my body let me know that that was a DUMB thing to do, so I totally cut sugar out.

This contest has brought me a thinner body, motivation for changing my eating habits of eating lots of sugar and late-night snacking.

I am so thankful that my sister stumbled upon T-Tapp and turned me on to this wonderful program. I am thankful for the positive health benefits of better digestion, flexibility and mental clarity that T-Tapping brings. T-Tapping is a way of life for me and I will not ever stop.

I hope that I win this contest so that I can attend the Retreat in October, but if I don't, I have the satisfaction of knowing I finished the Challenge, had success and didn't give up! Thank you!
