My Dr. says that almost all of these conditions would improve or disappear if I lost 50 pounds.
I started the 60-Day Challenge because I am overweight, and out of shape, have some health issues and I wanted to encourage my children to do the T-Tapp workouts with the accountability of the challenge. We were all excited to be involved in a group challenge. My son Bryan Sullivan, daughter Kerry Darden, daughter-in-law Amber Sullivan, and grand-daughter Heather Sullivan as well as myself kept tabs on each other. We each did different workouts. We each have had our difficult moments and some of us had more or less degrees of success because of consistency issues.
I concentrated on using T-Tapp More. I did do Basic Workout for a few days and then went back to More and stayed with that.
My daughter Kerry and I attended a seminar about a year ago led by Rhonda Wilkins and Michelle Barbuto in Sarasota, FL. Kerry had learned about T-Tapp previously and we decided to find out as much as we could about the program. We quickly became convinced that this was a fantastic workout giving maximum results for minimum time spent. When I am consistent I see great results.
During the 60-Day Challenge I have had a persistent problem with my right knee swelling and hurting. I have had to lay off a few days at a time here and there. I have had trouble with my left knee off and on but have been able to strengthen it and it seems to be better, but I think something new has occurred with my right knee not associated with T-Tapp that I will need to have a doctor check
I also had a problem with my computer crashing and was unable to watch my workout for about 4 days. I tried to do what I could from memory.
During this 60-Day Challenge the price of gas has skyrocketed. My husband and I decided to start riding our bikes to work and back which is 6 miles each way. To practice for the ride we did a ride doing errands one Saturday and discovered when it was all over that we had ridden 10 miles. I was surprised that we had ridden that far and survived to tell about it. We were both very tired but next day my husband was invigorated and I was not sore - another surprise. I think that the T-Tapping had to help in giving me the stamina I needed. The next week we rode our bikes 2 days to work and back a total of 24 miles. We figure if we can do this a few days a week we will save on gas and continue to improve our health.
I am convinced that T-Tapp workouts are better than any other exercise program available today. From start to finish of the 60-Day Challenge I lost 16+ inches. That may not be as dramatic as others but I am happy with the progress and will continue T-Tapping. I was officially diagnosed with diabetes this past week and I am now on a careful God Made Diet and will be T-Tapping to reverse the Diabetes. I know that I will succeed because others have who have gone before me.
Thank you Teresa for your concern and dedication to provide a way for the unhealthy to recover and have active, useful lives. Blessings to you and your staff! |
