Average to Lose with Health Improvements* Category

I did it! I’m so proud of myself I can barely contain it. When I saw how many inches I lost (38.5) I was in shock, I kept adding it up to see if it was right and I’m still not sure it is. I’ve done every exercise known to humans. I’m a slow loser, I’m short, I’m 5’3 and I have five children. I had an emergency c-section with my last baby that left me a complete wreck. I was in the worst shape ever. And to top it off, I’m 33. So I don’t have a lot going for me in losing that much!

I entered the challenge for a number of reasons. The main one was to stay in shape while I dealt with a really busy schedule, how busy? I home school five children, aged 1 to 13 years of age. I teach Shakespeare, and we were going to be rehearsing for a Shakespeare play that I would be directing. That meant 3 days a week in the morning of rehearsals, then a final week of rehearsals everyday, then the next week going out of town for a youth conference. To top it off, I have two work from home jobs.

When I decided to do the challenge my schedule involved doing the Total Workout all the time. Did it happen? NO! I exercised 5-6 days a week, but it was mainly Hit the Floor Softer and Basic Workout Plus, if I could throw in Total Workout I did. I also knew that if I wanted to lose a lot of inches and be really successful, I needed to get my eating under control. I completely changed. I ate nothing but fresh fruits, veggies, and wonderful wholesome God-made food. I haven’t touched processed food, white flour, sugar, in over two months. So this change plus T-Tapp helped me to lose weight and inches. I lost 15 pounds. I have completely transformed who I am, and my health. I don’t have back pain anymore. I’m more energetic, I’m happier. Every time something got to big, I got rid of it. I will never, ever be that size again. I have lost 2 clothing sizes and 3 if I count some clothes that I can fit into.

I feel I now have the skills to be healthy for the rest of my life. This morning I did the Total Workout and it felt so wonderful! I’m more flexible, I am super strong. I can touch my chin to my chest and it doesn’t hurt (before T-Tapp I was so tight it killed me). I have better posture. I’m just healthier! I have also set a good example to my children. They see the changes I make in exercise and healthy eating, and whenever we make positive changes, it filters on to everyone else. I just can’t believe I did it. I never thought that me, the slowest loser in the world, could accomplish this much in such a little amount of time.

Teresa Tapp, you are my hero and I love you! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful knowledge. I am going to keep going and if I win, I guarantee I will continue to lose and be one smoking hot babe when you see me next! I am proof that there are no excuses when it comes to health. You can always make time for you! YEEE HAAA! (Sorry, I’m just so excited!)
