I am 59 years old and have fought my weight all my life. Two years ago I weighed
200 lbs, was pre diabetic, bad cholesterol and high blood pressure. I actually found
T-Tapp then but felt it was too hard.
In July of 2008 I read another article about T-Tapp and decided to try it once more.
It has been a lifesaver. The 30-Day Challenge has really motivated me to continue
with T-Tapp forever.
I feel I have accomplished not only inches lost, but also a new self esteem that
keeps me always looking forward to my T-Tapp workouts and also inspires me to
be a healthier person. Although I am almost 60 years old I feel I am in the best
health I have been in a long time.
The reason I would like to be the winner is, T-Tapp has helped me so much that I
want to be an inspiration to other women, especially those who have had to deal
with all the issues of getting older. This program has not only helped me shed 40
lbs and still shedding, but cut my blood pressure meds in half, and I now have
normal lab readings. Most importantly, I have confidence that I never had before,
and I know this is a lifetime commitment, not a quick fix.
