Ladybug 3rd Place Winner

Hello, my name is Barbie. I was introduced to T-Tapp in 2006 and have continued to simply love the T-Tapp workouts. I decided to enter the T-Tapp contest this year and enter the Ladybug Category. Being 52 years old I decided that I would be proactive with keeping my midsection from ballooning out into a "ladybug" look.

Being in the contest has given me focus on the area that I want to target. Over these past 2 months I have firmed this midsection area considerably just using the Step it to the Max, 20 minutes of the Ladybug Standing Workout a couple times a week and daily walks. The Step it to the Max workout has been my favorite because it is so inclusive, arms, midsection and cardio all wrapped into one quick and effective workout.


With T-Tapp I have continued to win at my own unique fitness goals. I am happy to be part of a fitness program that encompasses many of my own values.  I am grateful for all that I am learning about how to care for my body in a proactive way.

The huge bonus to my T-Tapping experience is that my husband also loves to T-Tapp. Of course I also share T-Tapp with my friends around the country. It is so much fun to see my husband and friends reach their fitness goals in such a health promoting way.

My time was limited over these past 2 months due to family emergencies which took me to Texas 3 different times during this contest. I was a nurse to my mom who is 80 years old and had a heart scare resulting in a pacemaker insertion and then my sister was hit from behind by a car while riding her bike resulting in serious injuries.


T-Tapp was a Godsend for me to keep up my exercise during this very serious time in our family... even though my time was limited I was still able to T Tapp and see results!
