Ladybug 3rd Place Winner

A few years ago, I was flipping through a fitness magazine when I stumbled across T-Tapp. I thought I'd owned every workout DVD available, but I had never heard of this one. After months of investigation I purchased the "Step Away the Inches" and the "Basic Workout Plus". I was truly amazed at the compliments that I received after two weeks of doing the workout. I did a variety of other workout DVDs and forgot about T-Tapp.
This year I was preparing to facilitate stretching classes when I lost my job. Due to this financial change, I put off investing in a classroom to resume the classes. I continued practice to be prepared for any opportunity that may come. I used my situation as an excuse to overeat, and I was growing bored doing the same stretching exercises so I started to eat and sleep more. Then the 60-Day Challenge presented itself. I needed new motivation and I felt the 60 days of accountability would assist me getting my energy back.
I went out and purchased the "Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes" book and read it in two days. I wish I had purchased the book when I purchased the Basic DVD. This was the missing element for me. The testimonials mixed in with the detailed explanation of the exercises helped me understand what I did wrong the first go round. (I also learned useful information that will help me when I go back to facilitating my stretching classes!!)
I did the Ladybug Workout DVD for the two week boot camp then I switched to three times a week. The only other exercise I did was Step Away the Inches. I saw the difference in my body within one week.
I am so glad I accepted the challenge because I now realize T-Tapp is the only workout I have ever done that reshaped my mid-section quickly without pain (which is my primary goal). A Chiropractor once told me I would need many sessions for the imbalance in my spine. After T-Tapp, my posture has improved dramatically. I also noticed the difference in my attitude after each workout. When I would get anxious, I would do my workout and it seemed to balance my brain and I could think clearer. I intend to make T-Tapp a permanent part of my weekly routine, and once I get the emotional eating under control I know I will see more of an improvement.
