I can afford to move!!! Thank you Teresa Tapp and company!

I was fast turning into a hunched-over decrepit person who was in pain all the time.

I was been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia over a decade ago. I knew I needed to exercise both to lose weight and to help deal with the Fibromyalgia, but everything I tried, even a simple mall walking program hurt so badly. Every day I tried exercise cost me in 3 days of pain. The only exercise that did not result in pain was Pilates on a reformer machine: but that cost me at least $30.00 per session, and that was not affordable either. I tried dieting, but even if I really reduced calories, I would not lose weight. I also have thyroid issues, and in one of Mary Shomon's newsletters, she mentioned that T-Tapp was different and really helped you shrink size and weight, even for people with thyroid problems.

So, I ordered the system and started T-Tapp this past April. It took me about two weeks before I could get all the way though BWO+ with all the reps in one 15 minute session - but I did the workout and I was not in pain afterwards! Then I found the forums and the news about the 60-Day Challenge. I am so thankful for the challenge! I now have 2 months where I have built the habit of exercise into my life. I am now to the point where I can do most of the Total Workout. I am looking forward to my yearly physical later this year and I hope the weight loss will help my bad cholesterol levels to go down and my good cholesterol levels to go up.

Wow! T-Tapp is so different from other exercise that I've tried - and it's changing me in such wonderful ways.

- I have no pain! My muscles may be tired after a long workout, but it feels like a good tired, not pain. I have also have fewer achy days so common to Fibromyalgia.

- I have more energy! I am much more alert and productive at work the days where I start off the morning doing the Basic Workout Plus.

- My husband has noticed I move much more every day. I can jump up and get something from the basement, or get up and grab some water right then, instead of waiting for later - which was rare before.

- I am standing and sitting differently now; I notice when I am slouching over my computer, and think "lift ribs and roll those shoulders back".

- My chiropractor has been able to adjust part of my thoracic area now, that didn't move before (I think those Jazz Twists and Primary Back Stretch help a lot).

- In this 60-Day Challenge, I have lost 26.5 inches and I have also lost 14 pounds, even with my thyroid issues.
