Total Workout with Health Improvements* 3rd Place Winner

Kimberly R.

*Health Improvement: PCOS, irregular cycles, no energy, always tired and grumpy

With being pregnant and/or nursing for the past 13 years and nine children running around the house, I am typically tired and worn out. That has changed! I was amazed at how using T-Tapp on a regular basis actually increased my energy and gave me more endurance. I also no longer craved junk food all day long. Eating did not become a battle for me. I was able to eat when I felt like it and stop when I was full. That has never been the case previously, I generally feel hungry all the time. I feel better than I have in a long time and have enough energy to keep up with the children.

I used the Beginner/Rehab tape almost exclusively. I exercised daily for the first 10 days then every other day for the rest of the month, always taking Sunday off as a day of rest. Then over the last 30 days I moved to exercising only 3 times a week. I liked how, as I learned the form and positions, I would feel more and more muscles working and different muscles would be sore. It really is great for all fitness levels and I'm so impressed that I continued to lose inches even when exercising only 3 times a week and not being uber careful with my diet. OK, so I wasn't at all careful with my diet for the last 3 weeks, but I continued to lose inches. I lost 2 clothing sizes and am now wearing size 10 which I have not worn since our fourth was born. The best part was that the weight loss was nearly effortless. It did not take will-power to say no to food, it merely took saying yes to exercising regularly. Now that is something that I can do.

The biggest thing that I learned was that this is a marathon and not a sprint. Previously, when I would miss an exercise session or eat something I shouldn't I would metaphorically throw up my hands and quit. This time when I messed up I simply remembered that I don't have to be perfect, I just have to be better. I have to make better decisions today than I did yesterday, not perfect decisions just better ones. It is all in the baby steps and not giving up.

In addition to my energy and attitude, my health has also improved. Before I started T-Tapping and the 60-Day Challenge my cycles were very irregular. The first month after starting, they normalized for the first time in over a year and have continued to be normal. That has been a real answer to prayer. Thank you T-Tapp.

I nearly gave up and did not enter this final submission, because I was not as faithful in my exercising or eating as I hoped I would have been (yes, I'm a bit of a perfectionist) but when I measured myself I was shocked to learn that despite my less than perfect exercise schedule and my very imperfect eating habits I still lost inches!! It's not about being perfect, it's just about being better. Wow. I am a converted T-Tapper. I have a long way to go, but I now know that this is possible
