Health Improvement: Looking for the relief of pain and stiffness in joints (wrists and knees) and back pain.
My journey with T-Tapp started almost one and a half year ago when I was looking for a rehabilitative workout to get me in shape after finishing breast cancer treatments.
It helped tremendously with my posture and range of motion, plus I lost some inches and pounds all around. It is true that T-Tapp is a progressive, it gets easier and harder at the same time as you and your body knows better. I'm a very slow loser and for a year the weight and size didn't budge much. After meeting with Teresa in NY couple of months ago, I started finally losing weight and more inches. Since April I lost 20 lb. I'm enormously proud of myself for loosing 27 inches during this challenge. In total from the beginning of T-Tapping I lost 45.75 inches and 20 pounds and even it is nearly not the end of my journey of health, it is great, exciting and encouraging.
On July 5 I was a proud mom of the bride and the compliments I got from the people who didn't see me in last 3-4 month were very uplifting to say the least.
Health wise, I feel more energy, my wrists are not as stiff as before, I sleep better and no back pain. Thank you Teresa for the workout, for the inspiration, and for the forum.
