T-Tapping With Your Baby

Although T-Tapp is challenging, for most moms finding time to Tapp is far more challenging. Recruiting your husband isn't always an option with today's busy schedule. A few ideas are T-Tapping while the children nap or before they awaken in the morning, hiring an older teen for that hour so that even though you are Tapping you are there for the children in a cinch, or even Tapping with baby! My now 3-year-old daughter will follow along with me as I Tapp and the baby is quite pleased to lie on a blanket in front of me or in his baby swing, cooing while Mommy Tapps away those inches.

For days you want a really quick workout just try breaking it up, i.e. do Primary Back Stretch through to T-Tapp Torso Twists, about 15 minutes; later on repeat Primary Back Stretch and do two sets of Hoe Downs and the arms; and finally later on do Primary Back Stretch with the Balance Series and Thread the Needles-by bed time you've done all your core movements, kept your metabolism going, and broken it up into three more time saving segments through the day!

I know lot of moms spend children's nap time cleaning their house, but not thinking about themselves. I know I'm guilty; but, you know what the house will ALWAYS have something that needs to be cleaned, so why not spend time making yourself happier by becoming healthier and fitter, the T-Tapp way.
