M.O.M. Questions

Hi, I am Elizabeth N.

How many children do you have and what are the ages?

I've been married 23 years and we have three children-A is 20. J is 10. N is 10.

We also have a parakeet named Augustine, a rat named Edwin, and a dachshund named Oliver (Ollie for short). (Not a big rat lover, but it is a sign of how much I love my son. LOL)

How did you find out about T-Tapp?

I found out about T-Tapp from a diet bulletin board I frequent. The before and after pictures of the women on the forum who T-Tapped were amazing. I was intrigued and kept going to the T-Tapp website to investigate. There were two things that kept me reading...the rehabilitative aspect of T-Tapp and Charlotte Siems's success story. Just like Charlotte, I home school my children.

How long have you been T-Tapping?

I have been T-Tapping since March 2009

Why did you choose to start T-Tapping?

I have scoliosis and kyphosis and my back health continued to deteriorate. I was even shrinking in height. I had almost continual pain; it would even wake me at night. Many of my favorite activities like gardening were being limited by my pain. I purchased TWO and it sat on my shelf for almost a year until my back pain became so intense that I knew I must do something if I wanted to continue to do the things I needed to do.

Which are your favorite moves from T-Tapp?

I love Torso Twist, Jazz Twist, Lawnmowers, and Arms from T.W.O. They make my back feel wonderful.

Are you using Teresa's Cellulite Removal Technique?

Yes. I love brushing. I've noticed a big difference in the texture of my skin.

What other health benefits have you had while doing T-Tapp (less edema, less PMS, hormonal balace, reduction of knee pain, control of depression, etc)?

I have found relief from back pain. I have gained in height. I am able to sleep through the night without waking from pain. I am also able to garden and mow the lawn without being laid up for days afterwards.

I have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) and am hypo-thyroid. T-Tapp has helped me to have easier PMS and menstrual cycles. I also have less migraines.

My moods have improved and I am less crabby. :)

What kinds of inch loss results have you had from T-Tapp?

I've lost well over 30 inches. I've also gained 3/4 of an inch in height. T-Tapp works from the inside out and I see it changing my bone and muscle structure before my eyes! I expect those remaining inches to fly off once my back is as healthy as it can be!

What kind of advice do you have for other mothers contemplating adding T-Tapp into their lifestyle?

I know that people throw this term around a lot but it is really true for me: T-Tapp changed my life! As long as I am consistent with T-Tapp, I am virtually pain free on most days. My children encourage me to T-Tapp because they know how much better I feel and how much nicer I am to be around. ;) Everyone can fit 15 minutes into their day. BWO+ and SATI are great when I am short on time. I've also split TWO up into sections, always doing PBS first.

I like to work in Hoe Downs throughout our day. It's amazing the change in attitude and lethargy that occurs when my kids and I do a spontaneous set of Hoe Downs!

As moms, it is sometimes hard to take time for ourselves. T-Tapp takes that small amount of time and multiplies it to the max. The benefits are definitely worth the effort! Just ask my family!!
