37.5 Weeks

 

Since I really didn't do much T-Tapp, if at all, during my first pregnancy, seven years ago.....I have seen what a difference it has made with this one!  Not only has it kept me in shape, but it has kept sciatica away (which was horrible during my first pregnancy), kept swelling to the minimal along with Premium Blended Alfalfa, helped with energy and overall health.  It is crazy, I am 40 and this pregnancy has been so much better/easier than my first.  I usually get in about 20-30 minutes 3x (mostly Basic Workout Plus or T-Tapp MORE, sometimes the second half of Total Workout) a week and usually do Hoe Downs, Primary Back Stretch and some stretching on my off days.  I workout in the morning when I am most motivated.  Thank you Teresa for such a great program!
