General Questions

How many children do you have and what are the ages?

I have three kids ages 8, 6 and 4.

How did you find out about T-Tapp?

I found T-Tapp through a Weston A. Prince Healthy Babies forum. The T-Tapp website was mentioned in regards to skin brushing and that it would reduce stretch marks so I went over the check it out! Immediately I realized that the workout was the bigger portion of what the website was offering. I was amazed by the success stories and honestly very critical—it looked to good to be true. At this time my youngest was 8 months old and I really needed to lose the baby pounds. I bought it on a total whim hoping it would deliver…

How long have you been T-Tapping?
4 years in March 2010.

Why did you choose to start T-Tapping?
It was the testimonials that convinced me that it would work for me. Also, everyone seemed really cinched in at the waist line which was something I dearly wanted for myself. It was only after I got the DVD’s that I started to realize the incredible health benefits from T-Tapp.

Which are your favorite moves from T-Tapp?
Which T-Tapp moves are my favorite changes depending on what areas I want to target. OIP/HF is such an important move for women who’ve had children so it would be up there as one of my favorites. Obviously PBS is a powerful sequence that moves lymph and “wakes” the body so I love that one as well. I especially like to do it very slow when my head/chest is congested to open up and drain the lymph in that area. My new favorite is Crab Claws for the long torso “thunder thighs”!

Are/were you doing a specific eating program prior to finding out that you were pregnant?
I was running occasionally while pushing a stroller and doing some Pilates DVD’s. I have never dieted but do try to eat real food as much as possible.

Are you using Teresa's Cellulite Removal Technique?
I try to brush everyday and love how soft but firm it makes my skin.

Do you do any other kinds of activities with this pregnancy such as walking, aerobics, etc.?
I did Windsor Bun and Thigh Pilates throughout my pregnancy which managed swelling very well but did not prevent weight gain.

What other health benefits have you had while doing T-Tapp (less edema, less PMS crazies, reduction of knee pain, control of depression, etc)?
Wow! Yes and yes and yes! PMS has been a thing of the past these last 4 years, (unless I get slack with the T-Tapp) and my mood is incredibly stable. Plus, I feel like the energizer bunny!

Were there any specific T-Tapp moves you used while pregnant or in labor to increase your comfort level?
I did not actually T-Tapp until after my pregnancy. I used T-Tapp to get my body back. I’m excited to T-Tapp through a pregnancy some day if God chooses to bless me that way.

How long after pregnancy did you start up again, and with what workouts?
I began T-Tapp 9 months postpartum. I started with the Total Workout 3 times per week. I *might* have done one 4 day boot camp in the beginning, (and note, I’ve never done more than a 4 day boot camp-they are powerful) then I was blessed to attend a clinic in my area with T-Tapp Trainer Kirsten Tucker about 6 weeks after I started. I continued using the TWO three times per week for the first year before I really branched out into variation T-Tapp workouts.

What kinds of inch loss results have you had from T-Tapp?
I have dropped 2-3 sizes, and I’m sure I wouldn’t have been happier if it was more. A lot of people tend to think, “My story isn’t nearly as interesting because I didn’t need to drop 5+ sizes” but let me tell you as a less to lose, those 3 sizes might as well have been 5+ in my eyes and I was absolutely delighted to lose them! T-Tapp works for everyone included those with little or none to lose. It took me 4 months to reach my goal size but I continue to get stronger, more defined muscles to this day, 4 years later doing T-Tapp exclusively.

What kind of advice do you have for other pregnant women contemplating adding T-Tapp into their lifestyle?
Do it—without a doubt! I had so much back pain, swelling, headaches etc… I know that T-Tapp would absolutely help any of those conditions AND help you get your body back quicker.
