2002 in the Sports & Fitness department.

Dear Teresa Tapp,

My name is Waldo Villarreal. I am a student at the University of Houston Downtown. I am a criminal justice major
hoping to be in a law enforcement profession some day. The scholarship that I have been awarded in your name
will help me continue my education putting ease to my expenses and finances for school. I am very grateful because
although only it is $500 for the whole school year, it helped me reach $2,000 in total scholarships for the 2010-2011
school year plus whatever money I get from the Federal Pell Grant. So once again. thank you very much for the
opportunity to continue my studies with your help from the scholarship fund.
