For my workouts during this contest I did a variety of tapping exercises. The one I did the most was T-Tapp More. I really like how that tape has helped me to improve my form and my understanding of comprehensive compound muscle movement.

This contest was lots of fun and it helped to keep me sane this summer. Our family went through some stressful times, I ate way more than I should've but because of Tapping I didn't gain any weight and lost inches.

My overall health during this contest has been great. When my husband and daughter caught summer colds I stayed healthy, that was a blessing.
