Melissa R.

I just wanted to share my success story with you. I have knee alignment problems and chronic low back pain from a car accident and the knee problems affecting my gait. I am not overweight and exercise regularly but still have the back pain sporadically which keeps me from working out. I learned about t-tapp and decided to give it a try to strengthen my knees and back.

I got my DVD for BWO+, watched the Yes You Can seminar DVD immediately and started Instruction #1 the very next morning. I did that 4 days in a row. After just the first day, I felt tingling in my knees and back. It was a very good sensation and I could also feel my knees being pulled back into proper alignment. I did it for 4 days but took a break on the 5th b/c the discomfort of my knees being pulled back in was getting worse and I decided I needed to take a break. I went every other day for a few more days before going daily 6 days a week. I also try to apply the T-tapp principles as I'm out walking with my family. I can not do Hoe Downs with proper alignment b/c of my knees so I take those slowly and do not do them every workout .I also added OIP and HF for 2 days. On the second day I added crunches which was a mistake as it trigged my low back pain. I took a few days off of those exercises as the spasms worked themselves out. I continued with BWO b/c of how good it made my back feel.

I measured the day after that though and in just the 2 days of OIP and HF that I had done, my tummy had shrunk 1-1/2 inches!! My total inch loss for just 2 weeks of the Basic Workout is 16 inches!! I am totally amazed. My back pain is also gone and I"m standing and sitting straighter than I ever have! My knees continue to plague me but I just keep focusing on form and do less reps if I need to as I strengthen them. They have been an issue for me for 30 years so I don't expect a quick recovery on them but am encouraged by the progress I've seen in such a short time, no matter how little it is! Thank you T-tapp!!

Thank you,
Melissa R.
