Peg's T-Tapp Testimonial, April 2010:
First let me say that finding T-Tapp was a miracle! I have struggled most of my life with weight issues. To some they would disagree, but a girl has to be comfortable in her own body! When I was in my twenties to early thirties I was a bulimic. I used laxatives and vomited several times a day as well as worked out till I was just too weak to do anymore. I went into a 30 day in patient rehab and got my life back, but I still was obsessed with my weight and always trying to get to a smaller size.
Over the past ten to fifteen years my weight has fluctuated between 135-160 and I am 5’3”. I carry my weight in my legs and butt but lately I have had a good size lower stomach that I just hated.
I would do some type of exercise daily. I have a treadmill, a bike and numerous exercise DVDs. So every morning I would get up at 3:30 and do one hour of a workout and then after work I would take my dog on a 2 mile walk. Some days by the time I went to bed I had a hard time walking; my knees and legs were just aching.
On February 28th I got my Fit & Fabulous book in the mail and I sat down and read it cover to cover. On March 3rd I started T-Tapp. The first day I did the BWO and felt no way can this do anything for me. So with my obsessiveness I went the next day to T-Tapp Tempo 8 reps and did a 7 day boot camp. Wow what a workout! I then switched to EOD workout and after 2 weeks I switched to T-Tapp Tempo Intermediate EOD. I am so hooked!
After 1 month I have lost 23¼ inches and I can now fit back into my size 8 jeans. They are still a bit snug but they are on and zipped! Today I did step on the scale and I have lost 5 lbs and now weigh 150. I would love that number to be 135, but as long as I continue to lose inches I am not dwelling on the number at all.
So at 53 and feeling the best I have felt in years I have nothing but praise for Teresa Tapp and her workouts! I no longer have to spend hours working out without seeing any results! She has given me back my life!
