At age 40 all the diets and exercises that had kept weight gain at bay for me suddenly quit working. After a few years of desperate searching, despairing, praying...and lots of weight gain, I finally found the answer. T-TAPP. Thank you Teresa Tapp...God is using you! I began T-Tapping in September 2005. I was two months shy of my 47th birthday. In the T-Tapp tape I started with, Teresa was also 47. Already I felt better. It was obvious looking at Teresa things weren't hopeless! In the first four weeks, I dropped 9-1/2 inches...with bad form I might add. I did not immediately become a faithful follower, not because I was trying anything else (I was already a believer), but because I had just become lazy. After so many years of nothing working...I had just stopped trying. It took some time to get back in the habit of consistent working out. In the meantime, however, T-Tapp NEVER abandoned me. When I would start back up after several weeks off, I came to notice that after only a couple of workouts I was back to where I was when I stopped. Instead of spending so much time and effort redoing what I had already worked so hard to accomplish, I found that I was moving forward...gaining additional strength and stamina. It was an eye-opening experience to learn that the results of past T-tapping were still there. I have now lost a total of 25" and 2 sizes (really 2-1/2 sizes). Thank you T-Tapp...I can now approach "middle-age" with Hope and Grace and anyone else who wants to join me!

But..it doesn't stop there. I have also suffered in the past with two herniated discs at the C-6 and C-7. Since beginning T-Tapp I have not had a single incident that required going back to the doctor or physical therapist. When I feel a "spell" coming on...I do T-Tapp's Primary Back Stretch (PBS). When I first began tapping I had no range of motion in either of my big toe joints. I had to improvise on lunges and anything else that required movement of those toes. Now, after two years of "no big toe" (NBT), they are both much stronger and today I have no problem with any of those moves. I no longer have weak ankles either which had been a past problem.

I had a complete hysterectomy in November 2006. Two weeks before surgery I did a 14-day boot camp of Tempo Lower Body. I wanted to make sure those organs were in place so the doctor could find them and remove them with ease! I am convinced this helped me recuperate from surgery much faster than I would have otherwise (I was up walking the next day).

I just received and started the CRT Skin Tightening System two days ago. I haven't done it long enough for cellulite reduction yet, but I already see results in how my skin looks and feels, its so soft and silky. I love it. I wish I had started this two years ago as well.

If you are reaching those mid-to-late golden years and would really prefer to slow down and enjoy life but stay healthy, T-Tapp is the way. You will rejoice in knowing that you can still slow down while slimming down, because as Teresa says, "Less is More with T-Tapp"!
