In February 2007 I found T-Tapp from a blog about large families. As a homeschooling mother of 12 children, I felt pretty hopeless about my body. I had never exercised except for a few short-lived bouts of walking during pregnancies and I had gained weight with each baby to the point that I was wearing a size 22W and looked permanently pregnant. I was tired (for years!), creaky in the mornings and embarrassed about my appearance. My knees were constantly sore, to the point that I could hardly bend them at times. I had chronic sinus issues which frequently turned into low-grade sinus infections that eventually morphed into painful severe sinus infections. I experienced blood sugar issues which I believe were leading to diabetes.


When I clicked on the T-Tapp link and began reading the website and success stories, hope flickered. Maybe, just maybe, this would help me. Besides my lack of energy and flexibility and my health issues, I had a secret hope that I could tone and shape up a little. Every woman, no matter what her age, income level or life situation, wants to look her best. Busy homeschooling mothers, busy office mangers, busy moms of toddlers, busy traveling executives—they all want to feel attractive and vibrant. Often they don’t know how or feel that they don’t have time, but secretly they want to look firm and shapely. I had gotten to the point that I avoided the scale (and the mirror) because I felt overwhelmed about how to begin, but T-Tapp’s 15-minute workout seemed doable.


I bought Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes and got excited as I read more success stories and the benefits of T-Tapp. I ordered the Total System and anxiously awaited its arrival. I began doing Instructional #1 and the CRT System, then moved on to the Basic Workout Plus. Within a week I noticed a difference in the tightening of my skin. Within two weeks my children commented that I was no longer tired. I lost inches every week and a size in the first month. My blood sugar and sinus issues reduced dramatically. After about three months, my knees completely rehabilitated. Soon friends and family began noticing the changes and asking what I was doing.


Fast forward to 2009. Even during my menopausal season of life I have maintained my size 4/6 with consistent T-Tapp and only eating within the boundaries of hunger and fullness. I’ve never been in a gym. I haven’t walked regularly or ridden a bike in a year. I like the convenience of working out in my bedroom and jumping in the shower, with no gym contracts, no babysitters and no bulky equipment disguised as a clothes hanger. I decided to become a T-Tapp Trainer so that I could help others discover the efficiency and effectiveness of T-Tapp. During the training process I developed an even greater appreciation for the design and effects of the T-Tapp exercise system and its creator, Teresa Tapp. I am energized by helping others and love to talk T-Tapp, so please contact me if you want to begin your journey to health, wellness and (let’s face it) a firm, shapely body!
