Certified T-Tapp Trainer

I found T-Tapp as a result of the Woman’s World article in November 2001. I have always been active growing up. After college, I tried various things to stay in shape – joined a gym, tried various workout tapes including Firm, pilates, yoga and I honestly did not get the results I was looking for. I actively train in martial arts and it has become one of my great passions in my life along with T-Tapp.

Upon doing the T-Tapp workout a couple of times, I had “convinced” myself that the workout was too easy and I was truly believed that I had great form even though I did not have a clue what isometric contractions were. My biggest excuse was time - I told myself over and over how I didn't have a spare hour to commit to doing the Beginner/Rehab tape in order to make myself feel better and give me the extra energy that I needed. Boy, was I wrong. Luckily, in this stubborn phase that I was in – I was lurking on the forums and soaking up lots of wonderful information. Oh, I had the belief in Teresa and that T-Tapp would work; I just had to overcome my excuses.

In June of 2002, I was in a car accident that injured my neck and spine and thankfully I had remembered someone on the boards posting about how PBS was great for back pain. I began doing PBS 10-15 times a day because it was the only thing that would give me relief from the back pain. Slowly over the next few months, I worked my way up to doing the BWO+ workout. I joined Carol’s Habit Formers Group and was one of the lucky ones that went to the Habit Former retreat in May 2003. I learned so much and several trainers helped to tweak my form throughout the weekend. I met so many wonderful people. Meeting Teresa and the trainers made me want to spend more time with them and help spread the message of T-Tapp and all the benefits it can bring. So, in July 2003 I became a Trainer in Training.

It took me 1 ½ years to fully recover from my injuries. I truly believe that this was my reality check to my health and I knew that T-Tapp was the only workout that was going to give me my life back. Just when I was starting to feel like my old self again, I was in a second car accident in January 2004 and then a few weeks later, my mom went through a health crisis that lasted 6 months. I put my life on hold while this was going on but during this time I re-evaluated some things in my life. So, I decided to move closer to my family, return to school and I am currently pursing a bachelor’s degree in nursing. I have been able to complete my certification process to be a Trainer. I am still working on recovering from my injuries from the second accident but I know T-Tapp will help rehabilitate my injuries. The other huge health benefit that I have received from T-Tapp is that I don’t suffer from seasonal allergies anymore and have been allergy free for 3 ½ years.

I have lost inches and sizes with T-Tapp but more important to me has been the health and rehabilitative benefits that I have received. Teresa and T-Tapp have given me so much that I truly want to help people reach their goals and reap the rewards like I have. Let me know how I can help you reach your goals.
