Vicki Hauser
Overland Park, Kansas
Certified T-Tapp Trainer
vicki@t-tapp.com

Hello everyone! My husband and I live in the Kansas City area with 2 darling blue-tortoiseshell cats, and I have 2 adult stepsons who live on the west coast with their wives, and we have one 2-year-old granddaughter. I love being a Bible teacher, knitwear and embroidery producer, violinist, violist and cellist. Now, I'm thrilled to be a certified T-Tapp Trainer and IFPA certified Advanced Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist.

As an ardent student, I have always been interested in studying and learning new things consistently. When I first discovered T-Tapp in January 2002 and then started practicing it in November 2002, I was totally enamored with the method of exercise. It was so different from anything I had encountered thus far and it worked! As an avid exerciser over the years from childhood upward, I have done ballet, tap, modern dance, aerobics, slide, yoga, swimming, racquetball, snow skiing, ice-skating and weight training. Nothing compares to T-Tapp for results.

When I first tried T-Tapp, I had just broken my left hand and was rendered totally useless in all my professions as well as my weight-training regimen, so I decided that T-Tapp would be my ticket to rehabilitate.

I was able to do all of the exercises except for those on the floor and after my cast came off, I still retained my forearm strength, and I didn't lose any muscle tone. What a thrill that was! During this down time, I had sent in my application to become a trainer and studied for my IFPA Personal Trainer Certification. Then in July 2003 while at the Hippocrates Health Institute to further rehabilitate my hand, I scheduled a meeting with Teresa in Safety Harbor and I taught a class for trainer certification. It was a marvelous experience, yet Teresa did not certify me at that time since I wasn't doing all the form correctly, so I continued to work on the moves and then this year started attending clinics with Kirsten Tucker to further perfect my form. This year at Safety Harbor 2005 I was elated to finally become a trainer. Consistency, the desire to succeed, and setting goals definitely pays off!!!!!

In addition to the marvelous rehabilitative benefits, T-Tapp sure helps with inch loss. I must admit I am past menopause and had started gaining weight last year, much to my chagrin. I had been doing my weight training and T-Tapp but was eating more than usual, so I gained 20 pounds and 2 sizes. Was I ever amazed when I saw some Christmas 2004 photos - I thought, that can't be me!!!! So, January 30, 2005 I decided to do a T-Tapp challenge of my own. During that time I focused on form and eating God-Made/Man-Made. To date, I have lost 20 pounds, almost 40 inches and 3 sizes. T-Tapp definitely rocks.

Therefore, my mission with T-Tapp is to spread the word to everyone I meet about the incomparable benefits of incorporating such an all-encompassing exercise program into their everyday routine. T-Tapp is the only program that I have encountered where the results are so definite, leading a person to a life of wellness. Not only is one gaining physical strength, stamina and well-being, but an attitude of achievement and confidence.
